How this tool works

We add 63 calendar days to the mating date for a planning estimate, with a 60–65 day reference window. Cats Protection describes around 63 days; Merck gives 60–65 days. Actual timing can fall outside this window, and mating is not the same as confirmed conception. Date arithmetic uses calendar days without daylight-saving shifts.
